Here at Highways, we believe that roads are not just physical or digital assets, they are both, and it had become clear that by producing two separate publications – Highways, and SMART Highways magazine - we were not providing the integrated platform the sector truly needs.

For this reason, the publisher, Hemming Group Ltd, took the commercial decision to integrate more Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)-related content within the established Highways magazine, leading to the closure of SMART Highways and its digital platforms.
